Vernon is getting a Cactus Club restaurant, but exactly when and where is still up in the air.Cactus Restaurants has confirmed plans are in the works to open a Cactus Club in the city next year, but a company spokesperson wouldn't say where the new restaurant will be located.“We can confirm that we are planning a location in Vernon for next year," said Tory Nash, director of communications at Cactus Club Cafe, in an emailed statement.
