This is an unused 10 inch cut glass leaded crystal original special issue vase which is signed by Waterford ambassador Tony Keane. Special issue Waterford crystal pieces are singed by the Waterford Ambassador and are considered more valuable. The vase is also marked with the Waterford name that is etched clearly on the lower rim of the base.
