It first premiered on August 30, 2019, on the official Cartoon Network website. The special revolves around Axel Mulligan where he first became Action Axel, and meeting the Power Players team. Axel ventures into his uncle's strictly off-limits basement lab in hopes of fixing a broken toy and ends up unle
