Part of Birch Run Outlets evacuated due to report of 'suspicious backpack'

Birch Run police have responded to a report of a "suspicious backpack" at the Birch Run Outlets around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 21, according to Saginaw County 911 Director Tom McIntyre.
