Very soft to the touch but a nice stretch fabric that’s not heavy like fleece, but just as comfy. Perfect if you are like me and want comfort, full coverage, and tend to run a bit hot. I purchased this and another color also listed in two sizes, and the XL fit me better and kept those. Realized I forgot to return these and it’s SUPER hard for me to find leggings that hit at the true ankle but in long these are it. Waist: 19 1/2 inches with stretch to 22 Length: 29” Still in package with tags, fabric is Rayon/Polyester/spandex blend.
