After his confrontation with Conte Tottenham manager, he has been banned from EPL matches and below is a detail of what happened and why he was banned.
Both Tuchel and his opposite number Antonio Conte were in trouble after scraps on the touchline, and Chelsea’s manager made things worse with his comments about the standard of refereeing after the game.
Tuchel has in theory been given a one game ban, but it won’t be applied until the independent Regulatory Commission has considered if the punishment matches the crime.
