DONE DEAL; Chelsea seals Kounde deal with a £55m total agreement.
Just as with the deals for Raheem Sterling and Kalidou Koulibaly in weeks past, once Chelsea have picked out a target, things seems to move very quickly.
A few days ago we were noting how dead the deal for Jules Kounde appeared.

Now, not only has it been very much resurrected, it seems to be all but a done deal rather than a dead one. The Spanish press have been insisting for a couple of days now that an agreement between the clubs is now close, with the player having agreed personal terms previously.
Fernando Serrano is the latest to claim that it’s now a done deal. His Tweet says the agreement has been “closed” between Chelsea and Sevilla for £55m.
Kounde will travel to London shortly to complete his medical, and will presumably then bounce right on to the United States to join preseason, as Koulibaly and Sterling did.
