Things are not looking so good for Chelsea as Barcelona is looking to make things difficult for them. The transfer target Chelsea is looking to replace Ruidiger with per se Kounde is now facing uncertainty.
Chelsea has swooped in again to start their transfer negotiations with Sevilla again as they fail to get to a conclusion in their former approach.
Although Chelsea is believed to be the preferred club destination for the young defender but Barcelona is now making this seems like it will not come.
