The United Kingdom government has given a new license to Chelsea FC which will allow them to sell match tickets to fans.
With these new changes on the License, Real Madrid fans will be able to attention Champions League quarter-final at Stamford Bridge.
Previously, the West London club was banned from selling out any match ticket following the sanction on the Russin billionaire Roman Abramovich.
This sanction is said to be because of his long-term relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Furthermore, Chelsea FC will now be able to receive a £30m payment from its parent company, Fordstam and this payment from their parent Company will help you provide cast to meet all costs.
All rights to operate as a full Football club have been restored but with some limitations on the club’s Commercial ventures.
The West London club will welcome the Spanish giants Real Madrid in April on their first Champions League leg.
