Arteta has responded to Gerrard over comments on Saka; Here is his response.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has responded to Aston Vila boss Stephen Gerrard over his Saka comments.

Recall that Saka who could be dubbed the Hero at Arsenal Aston Villa EPL clash as he scored the lone inning goal said that he was not happy with the tackle kind coming from Aston Villa players.

And he took these complaints further to complain to the match referee Andrew Madley his anger.

But Aston Villa coach is not having this, he believes Saka should not even complain about these tackles coming to him as he stated that he had up to 16b operations done while he was a player.

Responding to this claim, Arteta has hit out at Gerrard as he insisted that Saka gave him what he felt on the pitch.

Speaking to Mirror, Artetasaid;

“He [Saka] probably gave him [Gerrard] what he felt on the pitch,” 

“I think the refs try to do their best, but we have to listen to the players. They are the reason why we’re all here,”
