The Russian billionaire, Roman Abramovich recently made a decision that can hinder nor stop the sale of his club Chelsea FC which he acquired almost a decade ago on a whopping amount of £140m.
The Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich has been sanctioned by the UK Government as a result of his close and long relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Following this sanction by the UK government, the European Champions was given the license which allows them to play matches like every other club but all the club funds have been frozen until the club gets a new hand.
Some decision made by the Russian billionaire which can I’m one way or the other stop the sale of Chelsea FC is; he have decided not to accept any bid from any country that has any way sanctioned Russian Oligarchs.
The Chelsea boss hired the American merchant bank known as the Raine Group to assist in the selling of the West London club and also he still has the power to choose any bid he wants and reject the ones he doesn’t want.
