Here is why I was angry at my players during the 4:0 win against Madrid; Xavi finally Opens up.

Does it make sense getting upset at your players even when they are winning a crucial match? Well, Xavi thinks so and here is why,

By the second half of the game while leading Madrid 4:0 Barcelona players were beginning to loose the ball at all sides and this got Xavi very disappointed and upset at the touch line.

Here is what he said;

“You have to run, you have to help the full-backs, you have to press,”

“It was 4-0 but in another game it could be 1-0 and losing the ball could cost us. A game of football lasts 90 minutes.

“I get really angry when we lose the ball. You can lose ball in the final third, but not in your own half. That’s why [I was angry]. If you drop the demands, you don’t get results.”
