A lot of Chelsea fans have been saddened by the sanctions Chelsea was given and even more so the special license Chelsea were given citing that these things were too much for just one team.
Recently a tweak has been made to the special license and at least this has seen Chelsea be a little bit opened up but they will have to earn this.
The fears that Chelsea may have to finish the season without entering into the administration is not put at bay as things seen to get softer by these new amends to this Special License.
Following the talks between Chelsea officials and the MPs, there has been some major revisions of the special license and this will allow the club access to a good part of money say 110 Million Pounds.
Initially the funds from Television and prize money had been previously frozen but now the club will have access to it to continue paying their monthly wage bill which is valued at 28 Million pounds and also other expenses.
The 500,000 pounds cap on match day outlay has been almost doubled to around 900,000 Pounds and as well as the limits placed on away travel expense which was initially 20,000 pounds will be increased on the condition that Chelsea will overcome Lille.
Citing the other side of the deal, Chelsea will get 35 Million pounds in TV money coupled with prize money which was also valued at 39 Million pounds and this is if they should retain their Third place in the EPL and if they eventually won the UCL.
