Xavis Verdict on Coutinho Proven Right by Aston Villa Boss; Stephen Gerrard.

While Coutinho left the Catalans, Xavi made a declaration about him that he is a perfect player but he just needs to feel comfortable to perform in his best.

Since Coutinho came to Aston Villa, he has been brilliant and almost giving a hand in most goals scored while he was there in the match.

To put that into context, no Villa player have recorded more goal contribution in the EPL more than Coutinho in their first 100 minutes playing for the club.

“Coutinho is someone who can play in various positions and he can be important for the team.”

“He needs to re-find himself and recover his confidence. If he does, he will help us a lot. He has an innate talent.”

Xavi added: “It’s more psychological than anything because he has talent.”
